Call for Papers
Theme: AI, Digital Transformation, and the Future of Organizations and Economies Dates: May 15–16, 2026
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation have evolved from emerging technologies into central strategic drivers of organizational performance, innovation, and economic transformation. Across sectors, organizations increasingly embed AI into core activities not only to automate processes but also to enhance decision-making, generate strategic insights, and strengthen adaptability in uncertain and dynamic environments. When combined with digital platforms, big data analytics, and machine learning, AI-powered systems play a critical role in shaping innovation ecosystems, operational resilience, and sustainable competitive advantage. The ability of organizations to strategically reconfigure resources and processes has become a key condition for capturing the full value of digital transformation and sustaining innovation over time. At the organizational level, AI is reshaping traditional management functions, including human resource management, performance evaluation, and talent development. While these technologies offer significant efficiency and performance gains, they also raise important challenges related to ethics, governance, transparency, and fairness. At the macroeconomic and institutional levels, AI and digital transformation are redefining public governance, labor markets, and economic growth models. Governments and public institutions leverage AI to enhance digital public services and policy responsiveness while confronting regulatory, data governance, and inclusion challenges.
